1. Introduction

By using TCG Stash ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to these terms and conditions. Our service provides tools for tracking and managing trading card game collections.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Free & Paid Plans

• Free users can store up to 250 cards in their collection
• Users who exceed 250 cards must upgrade to a paid plan to continue adding cards
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Paid plans are available as monthly or annual subscriptions, with annual plans offering a discount
• A lifetime access option is available as a one-time purchase, providing unlimited access while the service remains operational

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Abusive behavior
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

5. Refund Policy

As our service provides digital access, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances:

• Incorrect charging
• Technical issues preventing service usage for extended periods
• Other circumstances at our discretion

• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your collection data
• We recommend regularly backing up your collection data using our export features
• While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee against data loss

8. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time:

• Account deletion can be initiated from your account settings
• Deletion will permanently remove all your data, including your collection information
• This process cannot be undone - we recommend exporting your data before deletion
• For subscription plans, canceling your subscription will not automatically delete your account
• Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable after account deletion

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
